1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YearTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YearTrack is a digital habit tracking and visualization tool that allows users to track their daily activities and view progress through heatmap visualizations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Subscription

YearTrack offers both monthly subscription and lifetime access options. All payments are processed securely by Creem, our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem acts as the reseller of our digital services and handles all billing, payment processing, tax collection, and refund transactions on our behalf.

By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on our pricing page.

5. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, directly from your account settings or through the Creem Customer Portal. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership over your habit tracking data or notes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
